Keith Mayer was elected Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Atlas Air Worldwide in January 2016 after having served as Vice President and Corporate Controller from November 2010. He is responsible for the Company’s global corporate accounting, external financial reporting, divisional finance matters, operational accounting and internal control environment.
Keith joined Atlas following a long career at PepsiCo Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer of an international coffee partnership between PepsiCo and Starbucks Corp. He also served PepsiCo in various executive and financial capacities since 1999, including Director of External Reporting, Assistant Controller, Senior Group Manager of Financial Reporting and Group Manager of Technical Accounting. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Keith held financial positions of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1987.
Keith graduated magna cum laude from the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a certified public accountant.
