Debbie Coffey

Debbie Coffey joined Atlas Air in 2018 and is responsible for leading the integrated communications strategy and driving internal and external communications, media relations, social media, employee communications, corporate philanthropy and corporate social responsibility for the Company.

Debbie comes to Atlas Air with more than 20 years’ experience leading global corporate and brand communications. Before joining Atlas, Debbie served as Vice President, Corporate Communications of New Avon LLC where she led the internal and external communications functions and developed the company’s social impact platform. She spent the majority of her career at Avon Products Inc. leading internal and external communications and corporate social responsibility across the global and North America businesses. Prior to joining Avon, she worked on the agency side, delivering marketing communications and public relations services to blue chip clients, including Procter & Gamble, Bath & Body Works, Beiersdorf, SmithKline Beecham Consumer Health, Rosewood Hotels and Swarovski.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University Maryland with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business.
