Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings to Report First-Quarter 2006 Results on Monday, May 15

Wednesday, May 10, 2006 --   Purchase, N.Y., May 10, 2006 - Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) (OTC: AAWW.PK), a leading provider of global air cargo services, will release results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006, prior to the opening of stock market trading on Monday, May 15, 2006.

Michael L. Barna, AAWW's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and William C. Bradley, Vice President and Treasurer, will host a conference call to discuss AAWW's quarterly results at 11:00 A.M. on May 15.
